ICF Ireland Chapter Bylaws – Member Review Open

At ICF Ireland, our bylaws form the foundation of how we operate as a chapter – ensuring transparency, good governance, and service excellence for our members. They guide our structure, responsibilities, and practices, aligning with Irish corporate law, ICF global standards, and principles of best practice.

Our bylaws were originally developed by previous boards with a thoughtful and pragmatic approach and endorsed by members. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are now conducting a scheduled review and update—from the 2020 version to a revised 2025 edition.

This updated draft includes minor revisions for clarity – particularly in role definitions and activity descriptions – to reflect our evolving chapter work.

We invite all members to review the draft and share any questions, comments, or suggestions by emailing:

 Email: president@icfireland.com

Deadline for feedback: Close of Business on 2nd May 2025

After that, the board will proceed to finalize the updated bylaws based on member input.

Thank you for helping us continue to build a strong, transparent, and member-led chapter.
