| | | Hi, I am Colette Henry and I sit on the Board of ICF Ireland, leading on DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging). My career has always been at the intersection of culture, creativity, business and sustainability so when the opportunity came up to lead DEIB work for ICF Ireland, I was delighted to roll up my sleeves. |

| Developing a more inclusive coaching community in Ireland for coaches, clients and organisations is a top priority for ICF globally. Here at ICF Ireland, we hope that you have felt the welcoming spirit that we have been building this year, through our Coaching Le Chéile events (together in Irish)!
As we develop our DEIB vision for Ireland, I have been meeting many of you and listening to understand coaches’ and organisations’ points of view on what is needed in Ireland to foster a greater sense of belonging.
Your experience matters and I’d love to hear it. One group that I am particularly interested in, as I haven’t heard from you, are younger coaches – please get in touch to share your perspective.
In July, myself and David O’Grady had a great chat introducing DEIB to Ireland and my passion for this topic. You can replay this LinkedIn Live here.
Starting in August, we will have more great DEIB focused lunch time sessions with expert coaches working across areas like neurodiversity, global culture, gender and more.
Everyone is welcome to get in touch and share their point of view. Please reach out me at Colette.Henry@icfireland.com
