Susan Creedon is a qualified Executive Coach (2013) and Personal Development & Coaching Tutor (2014). With some 30 years’ experience leading strategic communications in fast-paced organisations, she has supported CEOs and leadership teams through periods of growth – and change.
Her insight into organisational dynamics and the opportunities and pressures they create underpins her focus to support individuals to stay strong and realise potential that might go untapped.
Throughout her career, including employee engagement leadership roles with PwC, Microsoft and Sodexo, Susan has contributed to internal coaching programmes, supporting individuals at all experience levels and across geographies. Her coaching work spans leadership development, career “fitness”, communication effectiveness, personal brand, mindset and resilience. Susan has a down-to-earth style and focuses on coaching for positive effect on the performance of individuals, and in turn organisational success.
In 2025, Susan established her coaching practice, marking her move fully into coaching with individuals and organisations.
Drawing on her experience in Communications, Organisational Transformation, Coaching and Training, Susan has a uniquely integrated understanding of people – and supports individuals to think clearly, see and make the most of opportunities and adapt confidently to change. She strongly believes that, because self-efficacy underpins success, coaching should be a mainstream benefit available to all employees to support their personal development and build career agility and resilience for today’s evolving workplaces.
She is currently undertaking an MSc in Coaching at University College Cork (UCC), where her research will explore the impact of coaching interventions and managers’ emotional intelligence in hybrid working environments.
