Fred is a leadership and transition coach fueled by curiosity and grounded in global experience. Having lived and worked across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, he brings a cross-cultural lens to leadership, growth, and change.

Fred spent 15 years building and leading programs in the environmental NGO sector, advancing organizational growth and large-scale initiatives. After relocating to Cairo, Egypt, in 2015, he shifted his focus toward global HR and began coaching clients navigating career transition.

He began formal coach training with iPEC in 2022 to deepen his practice and strengthen the coaching communities around him. Shortly thereafter, he returned to Washington, D.C., to continue his work in HR and joined the U.S. Department of State’s Leadership and Management School as an adjunct coach.

Fred holds an MBA from American University and a BA from the University of Missouri–Columbia. He is also a Certified Scrum Master and holds a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.

A recent arrival to Dublin, Fred still considers New Orleans home. In his spare time, you may find him in search of live music and record stores or exploring the outdoors by bike trail or with his pup on a hiking trail.
