Egle Holton is a Team and Leadership Development Strategist with 20 years of experience in Business and HR Operations across the tech sector, combined with over a decade as an ICF Accredited Coach and Google PeopleDev faculty member.
At Google, Egle has held multiple progressive roles across People Operations, L&D, and Talent Acquisition, where she designed and delivered coaching programmes, led the Google Coaching Fundamentals initiative, and organised a global symposium for a community of 2,000+ internal coaches. Currently, she leads AI strategy implementation across HR Business Operations at Google — translating emerging technology into practical, human-centred operational change.
In her role as Director of Partnerships & Community, Egle is passionate about strengthening the coaching profession in Ireland and beyond — building meaningful connections between ICF members, organisations, and the broader community that make coaching culture thrive. She believes in bringing coaching communities together at scale, creating ripple effects of impact through engaged interconnected networks. She brings this vision to life through the Team Coaching Circle, which she founded — now a vibrant, active community of 850+ members spanning coaches, leaders, and facilitators from around the world.
