Ursula Gilleran (Neuroinclusive Coach, MBA) is an experienced HR Professional and Executive Coach who has a deep interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals. To this end, Ursula recently received her Professional Certified ADHD Coach credential (PCAC), and is currently undertaking training to better support individuals on the Autism Spectrum. Ursula is an advocate for the neurodivergent community and is intent on increasing awareness of their many strengths, and to share simple things society can do to become more inclusive and accessible for all.

Although progress is being made, there is still a lot of misinformation associated with neurodivergent conditions and, as a result, stigma still exists. Consequently, many individuals who identify as neurodivergent hesitate to share their diagnosis with others, and miss opportunities to get support that can help them excel at work, and in life. Through her global HR role, and while coaching clients, Ursula could see a willingness from employers to provide support, and a reluctance from employees to disclose their diagnosis – understandably so. To counteract this, Ursula has combined her passion for people, her corporate experience and her HR knowledge to provide corporates and individuals with a neuro-inclusive coaching solution which doesn’t require a diagnosis or disclosure – providing a win-win solution, with winning results.

In our upcoming LinkedIn Live session, listen in to hear David O’Grady, MCIPD, ACC and Ursula Gilleran (Neuroinclusive Coach, MBA) discuss the evolution of language around neurodiversity, how neurodivergent coaching differs from coaching generally. We hope to dispel some of the misinformation around neurodivergence and provide you with some food for thought.
