Aysil is a Turkish national who has transferred to ICF Ireland from the ICF Turkish Chapter. As a coach,
she believes that achievements come by dreaming, breaking away from self-imposed limits, believing in self, and working with dedication, passion, and courage to reach one’s highest potential.

Aysil is a Human Resources professional with 25 years of experience, 15 years of which were spent at the executive board level at prominent multinational and Turkish companies operating in a variety of sectors. She worked in employer branding, employee relations, organizational and leadership development, change management, merger & acquisitions, and project management as a strategic partner with a broad mentoring and coaching skillset.

She holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in project management and is a seasoned strategy
architect in the development of innovative HR initiatives to streamline processes and capitalize on
organizational growth opportunities. Her demonstrated ability in designing and implementing strategic
plans for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning, led her to be awarded by the Fortune
Magazine in Turkey in 2016, as “one of the top 50 most influential HR Leaders”.

Aysil has a passion to learn and grow as a coach. She has many global certifications from International
Coaching Federation, Coaches Training Institute, Center for Right Relationships, and Jungian Coaching
School. She is a Co-active Certified Coach by CTI- Coaching Training Institute and holds PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accreditation by the International Coaching Federation with more than 900 hours of coaching for employee positions ranging from CEOs to Middle Management to Career Professionals.

Aysil has also been a brain-trust team member of the TurkishWin (Turkish Women International
Network), a non-profit, non-governmental organization of female leaders and coaches that aspires to
help women excel and advance in their careers and productively engage in their communities. She has
led and contributed to several volunteer coaching and mentoring projects to empower women, young
adults, and teens.
