The Regional Leaders Programme is designed to develop leaders for the future in the South East Region. Created by the business community, for the business community, it is aimed at professionals who want to develop their leadership competencies and will benefit companies seeking to increase the capacity of their internal talent pool.
With over 40 leaders from across a multitude of sectors, participants benefit from 1:1 sessions, panel discussions, extensive networking opportunities and inspiring speaker lunches.
The programme runs from September to April. Each participant works with three mentors of their choosing for the duration of the programme, as well as attending both virtual and live events each month.
