Now in its 4th year, the Futureneerz and Munster Technological University ‘Get Career & Work Ready’ Strategic Partnership is a Coaching Program with a core focus to create CAREER and WORK Ready Graduates who possess the necessary skills and confidence to enter the workplace. The students receive coaching on how to build resilience, deal with challenges, seek opportunities and boost communication and collaboration. This is positively impacting the Irish Society by helping students be more prepared and ready to enter the workplace with clarity of purpose, increased self-awareness, and the ability to have powerful conversations so that they can positively contribute to their career and life’.
