The Germany Charter Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and New York University (NYU), invite you to the two-day conference on the topic “Navigating the intersection of coaching, technology and the workforce of the future”.

International coaches, HR representatives, scientists, educators, industry leaders and government representatives are expected when ICF Germany and NYU host the Future Workforce Global Summit in Berlin on June 20th and 21st, 2024, the first conference of its kind in Europe.

For the first day of the Future Workforce Global Summit, current topics from the world of work will be discussed, including the role of urbanization in talent development. The use of artificial intelligence in HR and the topic of diversity and inclusion in the workforce are also on the program. NYU SPS will kick-start this global summit with the collaboration, research, and practical innovation needed for businesses and academic institutions to succeed in the evolving and increasingly technological future of work.

The second day of the conference is themed “FutureFit: Navigating the Intersection of Coaching, Technology and the Future Workforce.” The focus here should be on the exchange between coaches and HR managers. Aspects such as market development in coaching or quality assurance and possible applications in the area of digital coaching should be part of this dialogue. The participants should, among other things, gain an insight into the role that digital coaching technologies can play in talent development. Magda Mook, CEO of ICF global, will give a keynote speech on the topic of quality and the future in coaching.  They’re excited to spotlight the important role of digital coaching in shaping the future of work, including ethical, business, legislative and technical implications.
