This workshop helps the coach to leverage and develop their knowledge, skills and awareness and beliefs and potential distortions.
The coach can understand what could be the next step, how to complete or integrate the skills to become a team coach.
The workshop is focusing on how the coach, with 1 to 1 experience, can start to explore group and team coaching sessions. We focus on Building rapport and how to understand where we can start from.

We focus on ICF core competencies, with particular attention to the first two and how team coaching sub-Competencies need to be embodied in the day to day team coaching practice:
C1: Demonstrates Ethical Practice: coaches the client team as a single entity, demonstrates the knowledge and skill needed to practise and maintains trust, transparency, and clarity when fulfilling multiple roles related to team coaching.
