A Cognitive Behavioural Framework
Cognitive Behavioural Coaching is coaching using techniques developed from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Cognitive Behavioural Coaching has shown its benefits for enhancing resilience, performance and self-management.
Procrastination can have plenty of unwanted consequences from poor team performance and stress to affecting workplace and personal relationships. Giving a person tools to use to deal with their own procrastinating behaviour will have positive benefits in other areas of their life also.
The aim of the webinar is to give the participants a variety of coaching tools to overcome procrastination. So that each individual can select the tools that best suit their personality and the demands of their environment.
Three areas are covered:
1. Common Causes of Procrastination (such as perfectionism)
2. Internal Coping Tools – Ways to handle worry, fear and other unruly items (Cognitive Strategies)
3. External Coping Tools – Ways to handle the external environment (Behavioural Strategies)
